Landscape Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, a strong understanding of plants and materials have the ability to bring client visions to life and match our company culture. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and installation crews to create innovative designs and ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budgets Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs using CAD or design software Create 2D/3D renderings, drawings, and plant/hardscape layouts Prepare estimates, proposals, and material lists Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented Stay up-to-date on landscaping trends, sustainable practices, and local plant knowledge Provide ongoing support during project installations as needed Uphold all aspects of our company culture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associates degree in Landscape Architecture or Design, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Pro Landscape , CAD, SketchUp, or other design software Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape construction practices Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
