Job Description
McCaskey Landscape & Design has been creating beautiful outdoor spaces throughout Northeast Ohio since 2003. From custom patios and outdoor living areas to water features, landscape construction, property maintenance, and snow removal, the company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Landscape Design/Build Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, creating outdoor solutions for clients, and seeing projects come to life from concept through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creativity, sales ability, and project management skills and wants to play a key role in a growing organization. What You'll Do Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss landscape and outdoor living projects Develop landscape designs and project proposals Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle Manage permits, contracts, project documentation, and client communications Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Identify and sell change orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Review project profitability and help drive operational efficiency Participate in networking activities and community outreach efforts What You'll Need Experience in landscape design, landscape sales, construction sales, or a related industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously A customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail Comfort working both in the field and in an office environment Knowledge of landscape construction and design principles is preferred Proficiency with business software and technology tools What You'll Get Competitive compensation package including base salary and commission Monthly commission payouts Paid vacation and company holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) with a 3% company contribution after one year Paid mileage reimbursement Company phone and laptop The opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation and a collaborative team environment
