Landscape Sales & Design Specialist Employment Type:

Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping experience About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Landscape Sales & Design Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in landscaping who enjoys working directly with customers, developing creative landscape solutions, preparing estimates, and turning leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience , a strong understanding of landscape installation and maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide customers through the entire process—from the initial consultation and design through project completion. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial clients to discuss landscaping needs, goals, and budgets Develop creative and functional landscape designs based on customer preferences and property conditions Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project scopes Generate and follow up on sales leads Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Present landscape designs and project proposals to clients Sell landscape installation, maintenance, hardscape, planting, and other outdoor services Understand project costs, materials, labor, and expected profit margins Coordinate with installation crews to ensure projects are completed according to the approved design and scope Communicate project details and expectations clearly between customers, designers, and field crews Conduct property measurements and site evaluations Select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, materials, and hardscape features Manage multiple projects and customers throughout the sales and installation process Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers Close sales while maintaining profitable project margins Identify opportunities for additional services and future projects Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from initial consultation through completion

Qualifications Required:

Pay:

$52,819.93 - $63,611.10 per year
