Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect - Independent Partnership Opportunity We are an established landscape construction company looking for an experienced Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect interested in a unique partnership opportunity. This is not a traditional employee position . We are looking for an independent designer who wants to operate their own design business while working alongside an established landscape contractor. What We Provide Free office space in our professional office Your own dedicated desk/workspace No rent or office overhead Landscape design leads generated through our company An established landscape construction team available to price and build projects The opportunity to work directly alongside our team and collaborate on projects How the Partnership Works You would continue operating as an independent Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect and are encouraged to maintain and grow your own client base. When our company receives clients who need landscape design services, we will refer those design opportunities to you . Likewise, when you are designing projects for your own clients that need construction pricing, we would like the opportunity to bid the landscape construction portion of those projects .
The goal is simple:
We help you grow your design business, and you help create additional opportunities for our construction company. There is no requirement that every project be awarded to us. We are looking to develop a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with the right designer. Ideal Candidate We'd like to meet someone who: Has professional landscape design experience Can produce complete landscape plans and presentations Communicates well with homeowners and clients Has or wants to develop their own client base Is entrepreneurial and interested in growing their own business Enjoys collaborating directly with contractors and field crews Experience with landscape design software, CAD, 3D rendering, planting plans, irrigation plans, hardscape design, and construction documents is a plus. California Landscape Architect licensure is welcome but not required for landscape designers whose work falls within the services they are legally permitted to provide. The Opportunity This could be a great fit for an independent designer currently working from home or paying for office space who wants to work alongside a landscape construction company and have access to additional design opportunities. You keep your independence. We provide the office and send design opportunities your way. Together, we create more opportunities for both businesses. Pay:
$1.00 - $2.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 100.0 per week
