Part-Time Landscape Sales & Estimator About Us McCosh Landscaping & Supply is a growing landscape design-build firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects in the Southeast Tennessee region, with a large portion of our work focused on hardscape design. We pride ourselves on creative, sustainable designs and precise, profitable execution. The Role We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Landscape Sales Representative and Estimator to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for a seasoned professional who wants meaningful project work without full-time hours (approximately 15-25 hours per week, with some flexibility during peak season). Key Responsibilities Meet with clients (in-person or virtual) to discuss project goals, budget, and site conditions Perform site measurements and analysis Assist in creating conceptual and detailed landscape plans. Develop accurate cost estimates for labor, plants, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and drainage Prepare professional proposals, contracts, and change orders Source materials and obtain subcontractor pricing when needed Coordinate with project managers and installation crews to ensure design intent is achieved Occasionally assist with plant selection, procurement, and on-site layout/staking Requirements 3+ years of professional landscape design, installation, and estimating. Proficiency in Computer communication and applications. Strong plant knowledge appropriate for the region and zone. Proven ability to produce accurate, profitable estimates Excellent client communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (site visits required) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred (Not Required) Degree or certificate in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field Irrigation design and lighting design experience

Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
