Pristine Acres is excited to offer an open position to join our award-winning design Team. We are looking for an entry level candidate who is serious about building their career and learning from some of the best while contributing to incredible projects. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Team's production effort. This is a great way for young individuals to begin their career by getting involved with creating construction ready plans firsthand. Especially since we are a design/ build firm where you will quickly be able to see those plans come to life through construction. Not only is this a great opportunity to understand and produce professional construction drawings but you will also be exposed to concept design, 3D modeling of projects, basic cost estimating functions and more. Our Team operates on a hybrid style work environment with a mix of office hours, site visits, and work from home time. As a design/ build firm, we organically have a fluctuating schedule that responds to client/ project needs with some weeks heavier on office time while others will have more work from home days. We operate during normal business hours with the occasional need to work extra hours depending on workload demands. Training is to be expected to handle a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Drafting Construction Documents
• Set up base files in CAD utilizing CAD data from professional surveyors
• Organized file naming and folder structure
• Taking photos (using phone) on-site to document new project existing site conditions
• Creating planting plans
• Assisting with redlines to plan sets
• Assisting with setting up materials for client material selections meetings
• Learning basic functions of ProEst (estimating software) and contributing to project estimating
• Researching new products and materials
• Creating and maintaining libraries for materials, products, codes, and details.
• Assist with HOA submission documents
• Assist with County required exhibits for permitting
• Assist with concept design
• 3D modeling in SketchUp
• Lumion rendering Pristine Acres supports a hybrid work environment for this role with a split between office workdays and work from home days.

As the nature of this role is primarily performance based, there can be flexibility with the schedule if performance expectations are being met. As a full-time position, this role is eligible for base salary, bonuses, healthcare and dental. A Company provided work laptop, iPad, software and required accessories will be provided.
