Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate landscape architecture documentation, including planting, hardscape, grading, layout, lighting, materials, and permit plans. Develop accurate drawings, schedules, construction details, and technical documentation that align with project goals and design intent. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure project information is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. Support project planning by tracking assignments, communicating project status updates, and helping maintain project momentum. Contribute to a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior team members, documenting project decisions, and supporting ongoing design development. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, design documentation, or a similar environment. Strong technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design and production software. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and organized drawings, schedules, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, organization, accountability, and project coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Strong design aptitude, spatial reasoning, and a proactive desire to learn construction methods, detailing practices, and professional project delivery.
