We're looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Landscape Designer to lead projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll manage the entire client experience—from the initial consultation and design presentation through installation and final project walkthrough. You'll combine creativity with practical project management, working closely with clients and installation teams to ensure every landscape is delivered with exceptional quality and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners, designing custom outdoor environments, and seeing their vision come to life. Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct initial consultations with qualified leads to understand their vision, goals, and budget. Meet with clients on-site to evaluate the property, discuss design possibilities, and establish project expectations. Develop creative, functional landscape designs tailored to each client's property and lifestyle. Prepare professional design plans, estimates, and proposals that clearly communicate project scope and value. Present landscape designs and proposals, answer client questions, and provide expert recommendations. Collect payment for design services and secure a 50% deposit upon proposal acceptance. Revise designs and proposals as needed based on client feedback while maintaining project profitability and design integrity. Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure projects are executed according to the approved design. Visit job sites throughout installation to mark planting layouts, position plant material, answer field questions, and ensure quality standards are met. Conduct a final walkthrough with each client upon project completion, provide landscape care and maintenance recommendations, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Collect final payment and facilitate a seamless handoff once the project is complete. Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication, professionalism, and service.
