Senior Landscape Designer/Sales

This exciting Senior Landscape Designer/Sales opportunity is located in Alexandria, VA with a long-standing residential design/build firm that has been delivering exceptional landscapes, craftsmanship, and customer service throughout Northern Virginia for more than 80 years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Designer/Sales position include: 5+ years of residential landscape design/sales experience with the ability to successfully sell high-end residential projects Experience designing and selling outdoor living spaces including patios, outdoor kitchens, landscape lighting, plantings, drainage systems, and custom hardscape installations Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscape installation, woody trees, shrubs, horticulture, and landscape design principles Ability to meet with clients, manage site consultations, create conceptual landscape designs, prepare estimates, and present designs in person Skilled in managing client communication throughout the project lifecycle, including handoff meetings, project launch coordination, invoicing support, and final walk-throughs Experience with DynaSCAPE, Manage360, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe, Microsoft Office, or similar design and estimating software Bachelor's or Associate degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or equivalent experience preferred Strong presentation, communication, customer service, organization, and relationship-building skills

Salary :

$48,000 - $50,000 per year base salary, plus commission (total package earning potential up to $200K), commensurate with experience.
