Driving and equipment operation skills are a must. Job requires strong interpersonal skills, customer interaction, physical labor, teamwork, and ability to troubleshoot on the job. Full-time Required Qualifications Ability to consistently work typical hours, as listed below, including Saturdays Strong work ethic and drive for excellence with a "can do" approach Ability to complete tasks independently and as a member of team Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism Valid driver's license and exceptional driving skills, and current medical card Ability to operate heavy equipment, safely and efficiently, including fork-lift, wheel loader, etc. Strong communication and listening skills with customers, colleagues, management, etc. Ability to work outdoors, lift 50 pounds or more, and complete physical tasks Preferred Qualifications Driving Class A vehicles (CDL License at time of hire) Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centered work environment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in-the-moment Knowledge of landscaping or landscape supplies Experience in a landscaping, building, construction, lumber-related organization Benefits 6 Paid holidays Health insurance - United Health Care Simple IRA + match up to 4% Branded work apparel provided - t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets Eligible for bonuses in first year based on performance One week paid vacation in first year Typical Hours Average of 55 hours/week during the peak season. Peak Season:
March through October | 7:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F & 7:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., every other
Saturday Off Season:
November through February | 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-F Closed the week between Christmas & New Year's with paid work week.
