What You'll Be Doing Operating crane for large and technical tree removals Performing precision picks in residential and commercial environments Working closely with arborists, climbers, and crew leaders Evaluating job sites for safe setup and outrigger placement Calculating loads and ensuring proper rigging Conducting daily inspections and maintaining equipment Leading with a safety-first mindset — always What We Require (Non-Negotiable) Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification Previous tree service crane experience Strong knowledge of rigging and lift planning Ability to operate confidently in tight residential spaces Professional attitude and team mentality CDL preferred.
