Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Manage and train staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor equipment and functionality on a weekly basis
• Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Conduct regular inventory checks to manage food costs and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Qualifications:

• Open Availability and can work till 1am with Reliable Transportation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety protocols
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
