Job Description
CLASS A CDL LOG TRUCK DRIVER HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Jack-of-All-Trades Position We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined individual for a full-time, year-round position with our logging and premium wood-products operation.REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
- Valid Class A CDL
- Drive log truck and operate knuckle boom log loader
- Load logs, trucks, trailers and shipping containers
- Operate wheel loaders, skid loaders, bulldozers and other heavy equipment
- Operate firewood processors, resplitters and related equipment
- Mechanically inclined
- able to perform routine truck, trailer and equipment repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, wiring/electrical repairs, hydraulic hoses and general trouble shooting
- Able and willing to perform physical/manual labor when needed
- Occasional chainsaw work
- Must be dependable, safety-minded and willing to work long hours when needed
