You will play a pivotal role in ensuring site productivity by mastering the operation of large-scale haulage vehicles and supporting critical infrastructure maintenance. Responsibilities Navigate haul trucks safely through underground environments to ensure consistent material flow and production targets. Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance on conveyors, crushers, and screening systems to minimize operational downtime. Collaborate with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary field repairs. Maintain rigorous documentation of production logs and safety compliance records to meet regulatory standards. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to MSHA guidelines and site-specific hazard protocols. Assist in the optimization of material handling processes to improve overall site throughput. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating heavy machinery or industrial haul trucks. Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in underground or confined environments. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment diagnostics. Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor tasks as required. Preferred Skills Current MSHA certification or deep familiarity with mining safety regulations. Prior experience working with crushers, conveyors, or similar processing equipment. Technical training or certification in heavy equipment operation.
