Do you enjoy being the person who gets a room laughing, participating, and having a great time? We're looking for outgoing, dependable people to host live trivia nights at bars, restaurants, and other venues. This is a part-time evening/weeknight position and is a great fit for someone looking for a fun side job with a lot of interaction with people. What You'll Do As a Trivia Host, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and professional experience for our guests and venue partners.

Your responsibilities include:

Hosting live trivia games in front of groups Speaking into a microphone and addressing the crowd Reading trivia questions and answers Keeping the game moving on schedule Interacting with teams and guests Making announcements Handling questions and minor issues during the game Using a laptop to operate the trivia game Arriving on time and being prepared for each scheduled event Representing Jacovetti Entertainment professionally What We're Looking For The most important qualities we're looking for are personality, confidence, and reliability.

You should be:

Comfortable speaking in front of groups Outgoing and personable Energetic and engaging Comfortable using a laptop Able to think on your feet Responsible and dependable Able to commit to a recurring weekly schedule Able to provide reliable transportation to the venue Previous experience in trivia hosting is not required . Experience in teaching, bartending, serving, sales, theater, comedy, broadcasting, coaching, customer service, event hosting, or other public-facing roles can be helpful, but we're primarily interested in finding people who have the personality to be great hosts. The Application Process Because this is a performance-based position, we're interested in seeing you host , not just reading your resume. Our application includes a short 1-2 minute video audition . You'll be asked to demonstrate how you would start a trivia night and engage an audience. Professional video equipment is not necessary. A phone video is perfectly fine. We're looking for: Personality Energy Confidence Clear communication Ability to engage an audience Candidates who are a good fit may be invited to a short follow-up audition/interview. Requirements Must be available for evenings Must have reliable transportation Must have access to a working laptop with Microsoft Office Must be comfortable speaking into a microphone Must be able to make a recurring weekly commitment Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled events Interested?
