As a Service Lead, you will be assisting in the following responsibilities: Provide excellent service and care for our clients Lead a Team of Service Experts through day to day Operations Train and develop the Service Team using the Monarch 6 Step Process Lead the Install Team to make sure we are reaching our desired GPM's Run Service/Maintenance Calls as needed Rotating on-call schedule with the Service Team Work with the Operations Manager to identify KPI's and to develop new ideas to keep the winning mindset

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a HVAC Service Technician is required. Problem solving, excellent communication and listening skills, team player, and positive attitude. Must have valid driver's license with clean record.
