This is an independent contractor opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in the field and providing professional roadside assistance to customers. Responsibilities Respond to roadside assistance service calls Provide basic roadside services such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery Assist customers safely and professionally Use a smartphone for navigation and job updates Communicate with customers regarding service arrival and completion Complete service assignments accurately and efficiently Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle suitable for roadside service Current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Basic roadside assistance knowledge is helpful Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Training resources and equipment options are available for qualified providers.
