We are looking for disciplined professionals who understand live well environments, execute with precision, and prioritize safety at every stage of the operation. This position plays a critical role in supporting field crews during pressure-control and pipe-handling operations across offshore and land-based well intervention projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with work basket operations Support tripping pipe operations with the HWO/Snubbing unit Assist in maintaining pressure control equipment, including BOPs, stripping rams, and annulars Support rig-up and rig-down procedures Participate in JSAs, BOSS cards, and pre-job planning meetings Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas on location Follow supervisor instructions and assist the crew in all phases of well intervention operations Requirements 1+ years of oilfield experience preferred , including workover, snubbing, coiled tubing, rig operations, or well intervention Experience working around pressure control equipment and hydraulic systems Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs , climb, bend, and work in elevated environments Comfortable working long hours, offshore rotations, nights, and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be dependable and able to respond to call-outs and schedule changes Ability to work safely in fast-paced, high-pressure field environments Preferred Certifications TWIC Rig Pass (IADC) H2S(AS NEEDED) First Aid / CPR Incipient Fire
