Full-Time Job Summary MPH Energy Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Workover / Snubbing Tong Operator to join our growing well intervention team. This position plays a critical role in live well operations, supporting safe pipe handling, pressure control, and precision execution during snubbing and hydraulic workover jobs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with power tongs, pipe handling systems, pressure control equipment, and HWO/snubbing operations in high-performance field environments. Key Responsibilities Operate hydraulic power tongs during snubbing and workover operations Assist with tripping pipe in and out of the well safely Support rig-up and rig-down of snubbing units and pressure control equipment Maintain and inspect BOPs, stripping rams, annulars, and related hydraulic systems Assist in work basket and pipe handling operations Follow all
JSA, BOSS
card, and pre-job planning requirements Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Operators, and floor crews Perform routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Follow all company and customer QHSE standards and well control procedures Qualifications 1+ years of oilfield experience preferred , including workover, snubbing, coiled tubing, rig operations, or well intervention Experience working around pressure control equipment and hydraulic systems Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs , climb, bend, and work in elevated environments Comfortable working long hours, offshore rotations, nights, and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be dependable and able to respond to call-outs and schedule changes Ability to work safely in fast-paced, high-pressure field environments Preferred Certifications TWIC Rig Pass (IADC) H2S(AS NEEDED) First Aid / CPR Incipient Fire
