Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable Laborers to join our team. As a Roustabout, General labor and Flowback, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks of the oilfield. Work is in Michigan for the most part.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Operate heavy equipment including skytrac and rigging equipment
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

• Experience operating such as forklifts, and rigging equipment
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Ability to dig, lift, and carry heavy materials
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions.
