In Person Position Summary We are seeking dependable, hardworking, self-sufficient individuals with agricultural experience to join our team for the fall season. This position involves assisting with custom manure application including operation of tractors and semi-trucks, hauling manure from hog sites to fields, and general maintenance of machinery. Key Responsibilities Assist with custom manure application and related field operations. Apply manure to agricultural fields in accordance with established agronomic and environmental practices Operate and maintain manure application equipment, including spreaders, pumps, tankers, and related machinery Load, transport, and distribute manure safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Qualifications Tractor and semi experience strongly preferred. Class A CDL preferred. Willing to work long hours including overtime hours. Reliable transportation to the farm near Good Thunder/Mapleton, Minnesota. Schedule Seasonal position beginning in late September and ending in late November Typically 10+ hour shifts with overtime available weekly Why Join Our Team?
