21 days on 9 days off 12 hours a day Role Summary The Frac Support Technician / Equipment Operator plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable pressure pumping support (PSD) services to our oil & gas customers. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and teardown of frac equipment while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency. You will work closely with field crews and maintenance teams to ensure smooth job execution in dynamic wellsite environments. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Safely and efficiently prepare, rig up, and rig down frac equipment for operations. Operate assigned equipment according to your competency level, job requirements, and company procedures. Ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on time. Actively participate in pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, and post-job reviews. Maintain equipment in safe, proper working condition — perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and promptly report any issues or deviations. Prioritize safety for yourself and the crew by strictly following HSE policies, wearing required PPE, and maintaining all required safety certifications. Identify and communicate opportunities to improve service delivery, equipment reliability, and job performance. Collaborate effectively with field crews, maintenance, and supervisors to support overall job success. Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous oilfield experience (frac, wellsite, equipment operation, or similar) strongly preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/move heavy equipment as needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL a plus). Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
