Mechanical Technician Minot, ND (Locals Only)

Pay:

$22-$26/hour (based on experience) + anticipated overtime Shift / Hours Schedule driven by business needs Typical workday: ~12 hours/day Role Summary We are looking for a reliable Mechanical Technician to maintain and service equipment at our Minot Maintenance Base. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, improving maintenance efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment following reliability-centered maintenance practices and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Accurately record all maintenance activities, parts usage, and labor in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems. Support continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime, improve turnaround time, and lower cost of service delivery. Participate in failure investigations and implement repair/reuse initiatives. Maintain compliance with all TLM standards, safety procedures, and competency requirements. Required Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using tools and equipment (construction, mechanic, military, or similar). Proficiency with basic and pneumatic hand tools. Basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word). High school diploma or GED. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work professionally in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hydraulic systems and pressurized equipment. Oil & gas or heavy industrial background. Inspection experience (NDE or similar).
