Strasburg, OH | Frac Sand Mining & Processing | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off | 12-Hour Shifts $26 - $32 / Hour | Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision | 401(k) Match | Monthly Production Bonus We are hiring an experienced Wheel Loader Operator to support daily production at our frac sand plant. This position runs heavy equipment with minimal supervision, feeding hoppers and moving material to stockpile, and is central to keeping the plant fed and production on target.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate wheel loaders of all sizes to load sand into hoppers and transport material. Move material to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently. Manage pile organization and keep the work area clean and orderly. Operate skid steers and track hoes of various sizes as the job requires. Perform daily equipment checks and report mechanical issues promptly. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and safety. Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report hazards promptly.

days on, 4 days off 12-hour shifts, days or nights Weekends and holidays as scheduled

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience operating wheel loaders, including loaders of various sizes. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and productively with minimal supervision. Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices. Dependability, punctuality, and a consistent commitment to safe work practices. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience operating skid steers and track hoes. Mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial experience. Experience feeding hoppers and managing stockpiles in a plant environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed outdoors in an active industrial plant environment. Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment, and to climb in and out of equipment throughout the shift. Exposure to dust, noise, heat, cold, and moving heavy equipment. Work at heights and in confined spaces when trained and authorized.
