ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is for a technical, computer-savvy person who is equally comfortable in an equipment yard. A significant part of every day is spent working in our client's custom-built enterprise software, which powers their online equipment marketplace: building detailed listings, managing work orders, and tracking unit-level costs. The information you enter comes from your own hands-on inspection, so you will also measure, photograph, and film oilfield production equipment outdoors. You need to be strong on both sides. Training is provided on the software, equipment, and camera systems.

you are looking for a purely office-based data entry role, or a warehouse role with minimal computer work.
ABOUT THE CLIENT A
premier provider of upstream oil and gas production equipment that buys, sells, leases, and refurbishes separators, heater treaters, and dehydration systems through a digital marketplace.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work extensively in the client's custom enterprise software, building complete listings with detailed equipment data, opening tables, and cost information Manage work orders, time, and costs in the system, and respond to QC feedback promptly Measure vessels and openings with calipers and field tools (ID/OD, wall thickness, seam-to-seam length, pressure ratings) Identify connection types and configurations, verify specs against purchase documentation, and flag unknowns for Manager review Photograph and film each unit, including 360 degree walkthroughs and interior shots with an Insta360 camera Receive equipment, record serial and National Board numbers, and document damage Operate a forklift and power wash equipment safely
WHAT YOU NEED
Strong technical background with computers and software, including experience using a database, ERP, CMMS, or other enterprise software as a core part of your job Ability to learn new and proprietary software quickly, plus strong Excel skills Hands-on mechanical experience with industrial, automotive, heavy, or mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and comfort explaining equipment clearly on camera Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work outdoors year-round Forklift experience (certification available on the job) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel to Texas and Oklahoma operations a few times per quarter Authorization to work in the
United States Preferred:
oil and gas or heavy equipment experience, familiarity with pressure vessels, or experience creating equipment listings for resale, auction, or rental.
