Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; some Saturdays; lots of overtime
Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

This is outdoor, hands-on labor About the Role You'll be part of a yard crew trusted to bring drilling equipment to life and send it back out ready for the next job. Your day starts with a safety mindset and ends with a clean, organized yard. In between, you'll assemble and tear down rig components, verify accuracy of fabricated units, keep materials moving, and make sure tools are where they need to be—especially for the Pad Foreman. If you like working with your hands, take pride in precision, and don't mind the elements, you'll thrive here. What You'll Handle Rig-up and rig-down: disassemble and reassemble drilling rig components Participate in pre- and post-tour meetings Inspect fabricated units for accuracy and completeness Sort, stack, and inventory materials to support operations Use air and hand tools (ratchets, wrenches, sledge hammers, impacts, and more) Power wash and clean equipment; perform other outdoor labor tasks Follow company policies to uphold quality standards and an incident‑free culture Maintain a clean, organized jobsite; care for tools and equipment Orient jobsite visitors as needed Track tools and consumables for the Pad Foreman What It Takes Operational Know‑How Working knowledge of rig yard operations Read and follow instructions in English; communicate clearly (read, write, speak) Comfort giving/receiving feedback and asking for clarification Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments Physical and Environmental Demands Comfort working at heights Lift 50-100 lbs frequently Perform in all weather conditions Bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl as tasks require Tools, Safety, and Precision Maintain current forklift and man lift certifications Strong vision and hearing for safety‑critical tasks Solid memory and spatial awareness Stay alert and focused over long shifts Follow and give directions promptly Math and Training Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Complete required training on time Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 years of stable work experience (e.g., farming, construction, heavy equipment, military, etc.) Preferred Strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude Familiarity with hand and power tools Understanding of rig construction and operations
