This position is specifically for candidates with hands-on pump operating experience in frac, pumpdown, or pressure pumping operations . This is not an entry-level CDL driving position. Applicants must have previous experience operating oilfield pumping equipment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor pumps during frac and pumpdown operations Monitor pressure, rates, fluid levels, and overall pump performance Assist with rig-up and rig-down of pumps, iron, hoses, valves, and related equipment Inspect equipment before, during, and after each job Identify mechanical, hydraulic, or operational issues and report them immediately Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance as needed Safely transport equipment using a Class A CDL Follow all Hire Energy OFS and customer safety requirements Complete required inspections, logs, and job paperwork Work closely with supervisors, operators, drivers, and customer personnel Maintain a clean and safe work area Work extended shifts, nights, weekends, and changing schedules based on field operations Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Previous frac and/or pumpdown pump operating experience Experience operating high-pressure oilfield pumping equipment

Knowledge of:

High-pressure iron Pumps and fluid ends Valves and hoses Hydraulic systems Rig-up and rig-down procedures Ability to troubleshoot basic pump and equipment issues Strong understanding of oilfield safety procedures Ability to work outdoors in West Texas conditions Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work long and irregular hours when required Ability to pass all company and customer-required screenings Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly preferred: Frac operations Pumpdown operations Pressure pumping High-pressure iron Fluid ends / power ends Pump maintenance Rig-up / rig-down Equipment troubleshooting Oilfield CDL operations Important Applicants without previous frac, pumpdown, or pressure-pumping experience will not be considered for this position.
