Job Summary Join our dynamic oilfield team as an Oilfield Roustabout, where you'll play a vital role in supporting drilling and production operations on oil and gas sites. Responsibilities Assist with rigging, loading, unloading, and securing equipment on oil rigs and construction sites Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps, pumping systems, and other mechanical equipment Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely following OSHA standards and safety protocols Support crew management by helping coordinate tasks and ensuring efficient workflow Handle pipeline components and assist with horizontal drilling operations as needed Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and safety gear during all tasks Conduct inspections of equipment, report issues promptly, and assist with repairs to minimize downtime Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or other construction machinery Knowledge of pipeline systems, pumping systems, and oil rig operations Valid commercial truck driving license preferred for transportation needs Strong outdoor work experience in challenging environments with adherence to safety protocols Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to construction sites and oil & gas operations Ability to work collaboratively within a crew environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in the oil & gas sector.
