BMT FLUIDS & RENTALS LLC

is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Roustabout / Field Hand to assist with field, yard and general oilfield operations in the Pearsall area. The ideal candidate is willing to perform physical labor, follow instructions and work flexible hours based on operational needs. Responsibilities Assist with daily field and yard operations Handle hoses, fittings, tools and other equipment Load, unload, move and organize materials Assist drivers, supervisors and field crews as directed Perform general labor, cleanup and equipment maintenance Inspect tools and equipment before use Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions and job-site concerns Complete required safety forms and job documentation Follow all company, customer and job-site safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Oilfield, roustabout or general labor experience is preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual and able to follow instructions Must be able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Must be able to stand, bend, climb, kneel and perform physical labor for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license is preferred Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends or extended shifts when required Must be willing to comply with company safety policies Must be able to pass required screening Work Environment This position involves outdoor oilfield and yard work. Employees may work around trucks, trailers, hoses, fluids, tools and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment and compliance with all safety procedures are required.
