This position will primarily assist with day-to-day shop operations while also supporting our Flowback, Rentals, and Construction divisions as needed. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in keeping equipment and the shop in good condition, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard Clean, inspect, organize, and prepare rental and flowback equipment Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs Deliver and pick up rental equipment and supplies to oilfield locations Assist Flowback crews with simple rig-ins and rig-outs Assist Construction crews with basic field work and projects as required Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment Perform basic inspections and report damaged or unsafe equipment Help ensure equipment leaves the yard clean, complete, and field-ready Follow NewKota and customer safety requirements at all times What We're Looking For Must live in or near Gillette, Wyoming Oilfield, flowback, rental, construction, mechanical, or shop experience is preferred Flowback rig-in/rig-out experience is an asset Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must have an acceptable criminal background Able to safely perform physical work, including lifting, loading, and working outdoors Dependable and willing to work overtime when required Able to work independently without needing constant supervision Willing to help wherever needed — this is a hands-on position Compensation & Benefits $22-$27/hour , based on experience and qualifications Minimum 40 hours per week Opportunity for overtime Company truck provided for work duties Opportunity to gain additional experience in Flowback, Rentals, and Construction Potential for advancement for the right individual We're looking for someone who shows up, works safely, takes care of equipment, and gets things done.
