We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator (Grader Equipment) for our location in Blytheville, AR .

Pay:

$28/hr - $34/hr

Shift:

4 on/4 of; 12-hour shift rotate Day Shift to Night Shift weekly Benefits Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs Student Loan Repayment Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities The 988 Loader Operator / Hot works Operator will: Comply with all safety regulations, policies and record keeping Pick up and transports pot filled with molten slag to designated locations Dump molten slag and excess material into various dumping stations Maintain work area to allow safe movement and access Perform daily machine inspection and routine greasing, oiling and fueling Meet customer service expectations Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have:

Motor Grader Experience Ability to lift up to 50lbs Basic Equipment Knowledge Valid Drivers License Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
