Job Description

Job Summary Operate heavy equipment on excavation and site work projects while working safely, efficiently, and as part of a local crew. Experience with excavators, dozers, backhoes, and similar equipment required. This is a local position with no overnight travel — home every night.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy equipment Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation Assist with storm pipe, water line, and underground utility work Follow grades, plans, and supervisor direction Perform daily equipment inspections Keep equipment and job sites clean and safe Work efficiently with laborers and other crew members Follow all company and job site safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous heavy equipment operating experience required Experience with excavation, grading, trenching, and/or utility work preferred Ability to safely and confidently operate heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors and perform physical job site duties as needed Dependable and able to work well with a crew Valid driver's license
Reliable Transportation Pay:
Pay is based on experience. Paid holidays.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
