Heavy Equipment Operator

Heavy Equipment Operator - Excavation & Grading Local excavation and grading company seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated operator with strong experience running loaders and excavators in residential and commercial site work environments.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years heavy equipment operating experience preferred Experience operating excavators, loaders, and other grading equipment Hillside excavation and grading experience preferred Ability to read grades and work efficiently with crews onsite Knowledge of safe operating practices and jobsite awareness Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Typical Work Includes:

Site grading Pad preparation Hillside excavation Loading/export/import operations Finish and rough grading support
