The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial environments. Responsibilities Safely operate wheel loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment. Perform routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance. Load, unload, and move materials such as dirt, gravel, debris, and sludge. Follow site safety standards and operational procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, water trucks, or tankers. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Construction site experience and understanding of safety procedures. CDL and commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to operate multiple types of equipment confidently. Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
