Job Description
Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District (District), a District dedicated to groundwater recharge, stormwater layoff and surface water facility maintenance, is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator. Applicants must be skilled in the operation of a wide range of heavy, earthmoving machinery and must be able to maintain equipment daily and perform minor repairs when necessary to ensure safety and proper upkeep. A minimum of 5 years experience is necessary; including but not limited to operating excavators, tractors, loaders, and similar pieces of equipment. The candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and a good timekeeper and be willing to work overtime when required. Possession of both a California Class A and Class C License are also requirements.
