G&F Ag Service Inc. is looking for applicants residing between Turlock and Ripon who have experience operating skid steers, backhoes, loaders, or tractors in a dairy setting and are interested in a full-time front-end loader operator role. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn safe operation of front-end loaders and other equipment on diverse terrains in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for someone with experience in the dairy industry. The responsibilities include using the loader for tasks such as pushing, piling, loading materials, performing ground clean-up, and handling daily equipment maintenance. This is a non-union, hourly position best suited for operators seeking consistent, year-round work rather than union or prevailing-wage jobs

Requirements:

3 Months experience on a tractor, skid steer, backhoe, front end loader, excavator, etc. is preferred. Valid drivers license. Willing to work 9+ hour shifts and Saturdays during busy season. Able to speak, write and read English. Have reliable transportation. Jobsites throughout the Central Valley. Good at following directions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely. Self-motivated. Drug free.
