Job Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators/Truck Drivers to join our team maintaining northwest Denver's reservoir systems. This is a direct hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and commercial trucks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success by managing equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety regulations and company standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to building quality infrastructure and delivering exceptional results. Monday•Friday 7 am•3:30 pm (lots of OT opportunities)
Pay:
$28•35/hr DOE Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers with precision and safety. Drive commercial trucks (ideal to have your CDL A license or desire to obtain) Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, paving, and other construction activities using various heavy equipment tools. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently while working on active construction sites. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow on-site.
