Healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k) matching after 90 days JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and General Laborers to join our team in Western Colorado. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and on construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Heavy Equipment Operator Duties:

Safely operate construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders Excavate, grade, move, and level earth materials Load and unload trucks Perform routine maintenance and daily safety inspections on equipment Maintain accurate records of hours, equipment usage, and job site locations

Laborer Duties:

Assist in construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and other projects Dig trenches, backfill, and move materials manually Perform daily equipment safety checks Follow verbal and written instructions on site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Prior heavy equipment experience preferred (for operator role) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Self-starter, reliable, and able to take direction Must pass drug screening and background check Committed to safety and wearing proper PPE at all times Why Work with
