Front Loader Operator - Mulch Distribution Yard Full-Time | Outdoor Work Environment | Competitive Pay + Overtime We are currently hiring an experienced Front Loader Operator for a busy mulch distribution yard. This position is responsible for safely operating a front-end loader to move, load, and organize mulch and other landscaping materials while also providing excellent customer service to drivers and customers picking up materials. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and communicates well with customers and team members in a fast-paced yard environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a front-end loader to load mulch and landscape materials Assist customers and truck drivers with pickups in a professional and friendly manner Move and organize materials throughout the yard Maintain accurate load amounts and follow loading instructions Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous front loader operating experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience in mulch, landscaping, aggregate, recycling, or construction environments preferred Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
