Job Description

A well-established, privately owned agricultural and construction operation is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support a variety of field and site development projects. This is a hands-on role working with a range of modern equipment in a team-oriented environment.
Location:
Eastern Shore;
Delaware Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and tractors Perform grading, excavation, land clearing, and material handling Assist with site preparation and agricultural-related projects Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (construction and/or agriculture) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license required Class A CDL Must pass a background check/drug screening
