Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Excavator operator to join our growing operation. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced outdoor environments and can safely operate heavy equipment for material handling, loading, sorting, and site cleanup. This position requires attention to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate excavators for loading, sorting, and moving materials Operate skid steer for cleanup, grading, and yard organization Load trucks and trailers safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow OSHA and company safety standards Communicate effectively with yard team and drivers Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience operating excavators and skid steers Ability to work outdoors in heat and dusty conditions Knowledge of equipment safety procedures
