• Dozer Operator Wage:

  $20-$30/hour We are seeking experienced Dozer Operators for heavy civil and highway construction projects. The Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dozers and other heavy equipment to perform grading, trenching, excavation, and backfill operations on DOT and large infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
• Operate dozers to grade surfaces, build slopes and embankments, and prepare subgrades to design specifications.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans to ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with ground crews and communicate effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
• Assist with general labor or operate other equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site. Qualifications
• 2-3 years' experience operating dozers and/or excavators on highway or heavy civil projects.
• Familiarity with GPS/laser grading systems a plus.
• Strong knowledge of soils, grades, compaction requirements, and cut/fill methods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and in all weather conditions. Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in varied weather and terrain.
