EXPERIENCED

Finish Loader Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Caterpillar front end loader in support of a grader with UTS machine control to finish subgrade, dump & spread base material, and finish base on highway, airport and parking lot projects throughout Central Florida. RESPONSIBILITIES

PRECISION GRADING - Operate loader with precision to grade surfaces according to project specifications in support of a grader with UTS machine control. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment. Tasks include dumping and spreading stabilizer & base material and finish grading of subgrade and base. Set up and breakdown of UTS machine control for grader. Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting hazard assessments regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience operating loader.

MUST HAVE FINISH GRADE EXPERIENCE.

Valid driver's license. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while maintaining high productivity levels.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
