Construction Operator Estamos buscando trabajadores responsables y comprometidos para apoyar las operaciones en el área de Construction Operator .

El candidato será responsable de realizar tareas de producción, manejo de materiales, operación de equipos, mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y seguir los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa. Responsabilidades Operar equipos y maquinaria según sea necesario para las operaciones de cemento y tierra. Cargar, descargar, mover y organizar materiales. Realizar inspecciones básicas de equipos antes y durante el turno. Apoyar en los procesos de producción y manejo de materiales. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura. Seguir todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa. Reportar cualquier problema de seguridad, equipo o producción al supervisor. Trabajar en diferentes condiciones ambientales y realizar tareas físicas según sea necesario.

50 por hora , dependiendo de la experiencia y habilidades. Requisitos Experiencia en ambientes industriales, construcción, producción o manejo de materiales preferida. Capacidad para trabajar turnos rotativos. Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana según la necesidad de la operación. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa. Buena actitud, responsabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo. Experiencia operando maquinaria pesada o equipos industriales es preferida. Habilidades Preferidas Experiencia operando maquinaria pesada de construcción. Manejo de equipos industriales y de producción. Experiencia trabajando con cemento, tierra, agregados o materiales de construcción. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir procedimientos de seguridad.
