Experienced Excavator Operator - Marine Construction We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our marine construction team. The ideal applicant will have experience operating excavators in waterfront and marine construction environments. Experience with dock construction, seawalls, pilings, and vibratory attachments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

Operating excavators for marine construction projects Driving pilings using vibratory attachments Assisting with dock and seawall construction Reading and working from dock layouts and elevations Establishing grades and elevations in the field Excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation Working safely around waterfront properties, equipment, and crews Experience with carpentry, dock framing, seawall caps, concrete formwork, or general marine construction is preferred and will be compensated accordingly, but is not required. Applicants must have prior excavator operating experience and be comfortable working around residential waterfront properties. We are willing to train the right experienced operator on some of the marine-specific requirements, including dock layouts, elevations, vibratory equipment, and our construction methods.

Requirements:

Proven excavator operating experience Dependable and able to work as part of a crew Good understanding of jobsite safety Ability to take direction and work accurately Valid driver's license preferred Marine construction experience is a strong plus

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience. Applicants with marine construction, vibratory piling, dock layout, elevation, or carpentry experience may qualify for higher compensation.
