Position Overview:
Looking for a solid, long-term opportunity in a stable industry? We're hiring a motivated Assistant Plant Operator to join a fast-paced mining/industrial operation. If you enjoy working with equipment, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps things running, this is a great fit. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you'll operate equipment, support production, and help keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Schedule:
Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM•7:00 PM / 7:00 PM•7:00 AM Includes weekends Days off built into rotation
What You'll Do:
Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment Monitor production and record silo measurements Perform quality control checks on materials Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting Load and dispatch trucks safely and efficiently Conduct routine plant and safety inspections Keep equipment running smoothly with lubrication checks
What You Bring:
Experience in construction, mining, or industrial work preferred Comfortable operating heavy equipment (or eager to learn) Mechanically inclined and hands-on Strong work ethic and reliability Safety-first mindset Able to work outdoors in a physical environment Apply Today•Start Working Quickly!
