Job Requirements:

There is n o minimum education requirement. At least one ye ar of e xperience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes and similar machinery. Mechanical knowledge related to maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy equipment. Experience with construction site operations is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) is preferred for operating large trucks such as front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, and/or roll off trucks. Familiarity with construction materials like concrete mixers for farm machinery is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary. Have safety awareness with a commitment to following safety guidelines at all times. This position provides an engaging work environment for individuals skilled in heavy equipment operation within the construction industry. Have a proficiency in the English language. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old due to equipment use and insurance. The e mployer will perform Drug Testing/Screening, Driving and Safety Test, Motor Vehicle Record Check , Background and Reference Checks . An NCCCO license is required .

Job Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and possess an understanding of construction site safety and procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring mechanical expertise and operational proficiency with a range of machinery, including cranes, loaders, excavators, and trucks. Candidates with construction site experience and mechanical knowledge are highly preferred. Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes and similar machinery. Manage the operation of specialized vehicles including dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks. Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and equipment as needed . Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Perform basis maintenance tasks on 3eqipment to prevent breakdowns and prolong operation life. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
