Overview Asphalt road construction team is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for WPB infrastructure projects. The position offers the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy machinery in efficient and safe execution of construction tasks. Responsibilities Must live in West Palm Beach and have a valid Florida Driver's License and a good Driving Record. Must have experience. (Loaders, Dozers, Backhoe, Rollers, etc..) Salary is dependent on experience. Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and front loader trucks to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks. Use mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently and meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Pay:

$24.00 - $32.50 per hour
