As we continue to expand, we are seeking skilled, dependable individuals to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for a Skid Steer Operator with experience in fine grading , backfilling , and working in tight spaces—especially around pools , driveways , and residential sites . The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in precision work. Must have laser grading experience. Key Responsibilities Operate skid steer machinery to perform fine grading, leveling, and backfilling. Work on residential and commercial job sites, including around pools, driveways, patios, and tight-access areas. Maintain daily equipment inspections and ensure proper functioning. Load, unload, and transport materials as required. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Perform basic maintenance on the skid steer when necessary. Requirements Proven experience operating skid steers for fine grading and backfilling. Strong ability to work around sensitive structures like pools and landscaping. Must be reliable , punctual, and committed to daily attendance. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify . Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
