We're looking to hire Experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our team this winter season here in Fairland, IN. We offer the most competitive wages & benefits in town! Must have a valid drivers license & previous Snow Removal experience to apply. We offer a starting hourly wage of $27/ hr for Snow Plow Operators with room to grow (Based on experience & work output). Candidate must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have experience operating a straight blade snow plow truck and bed mounted salt spreader. Skidsteer operating experience is a plus. Must be available late hours and early mornings. Must have reliable transportation to work and be dependable. Pay rate is $27/hr for snow work & landscaper work available for those seeking more than winter work. Landscaper rates will apply for none snow work. Role can transfer to a landscaper role next year if desired and employee has necessary experience and dependability.
